First, phosphorescent pigment powder (glow powder) is mixed with the bottom layers of resin.  Direct or indirect sunlight charges the glow powder.

Also, the glow powder shines through the fire glass for a stunning visual.

If sunlight is unavailable, a UV black light strip is glued to the bottom of the epoxy resin river glow table.

The epoxy river glow table resin glows for up to 8-12 hours.

Lastly, the raw steel hairpin legs support the epoxy glow table.
